Return
Policy
You may return items sold by
Pro-SeroUSA.com for a full refund, keeping the following in mind:
- Item should be in new
condition with original packaging (has not been opened).
- You should return the
item to us within 30 days of receipt
- You should be
responsible for the shipping cost if your return is not the result
of our error. The shipping cost includes both sending and
returning. So, the sending shipping cost will be deducted from the
amount of refund if the item was offered “free shipping”.
